When you are dealing with chronic illness or mystery symptoms, your nervous system is trapped in a non-stop loop of hyper-vigilance. It is constantly scanning for threats, trying to protect you.

A lot of people think the solution to chronic stress is to wait for a big vacation or a long weekend off.

But true healing doesn't happen during a once-a-year trip. It happens in the tiny, daily shifts that tell your body it is safe right now.

Stepping out into nature or onto the water isn't just a fun hobby. It is a physiological reset. The sounds of movement, the shifting light, and the natural environment give your mind a break, allowing your nervous system to finally drop out of fight-or-flight and enter a restful state.

Why does this matter? Because your body physically cannot repair, drain toxins, or regulate your health while it is stuck in survival mode.

Real relief starts when you learn how to actively shift your internal environment so your cells can do their job.

You don't have to keep fighting your own body.

I am so grateful for all the birthday love this week, and to everyone who jumped on the flash sale!

Chronic pain isn’t just physical—it touches every part of life. It can shape how you move through your day, impact your energy and focus, and even affect your relationships, routines, and sense of ease in your own body.

In this workshop, we’ll explore a different approach—one that gently supports both the physical and emotional layers of pain.

You’ll be introduced to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often called “tapping”—a simple, hands-on practice that uses light tapping on specific points of the body while bringing awareness to what you’re experiencing. This process can help calm the nervous system, shift stress patterns, and create space for the body to soften and rebalance.

Together, we’ll learn how to use EFT as a supportive tool to navigate the challenges that come with chronic pain—helping you feel more grounded, more resourced, and more in control of your experience.

This is a guided, practical session where you’ll not only learn the technique, but also have the opportunity to experience it for yourself—so you can continue using it as part of your own self-care and healing practices.

About the Facilitator:
Rachel Benbow is a certified Emotional Freedom Techniques practitioner and Craniosacral Therapist who works from the understanding that the physical and emotional bodies are deeply connected—and that supporting one often means supporting both. Whether she’s using her hands-on skills as a manual therapist or guiding clients through somatic and emotional work, Rachel creates a safe, compassionate space for healing and exploration. It’s truly her joy to support others on their health and healing journey.

Today, I am officially turning 50! ✨

Looking back, I am incredibly grateful for the journey that brought me here. The lessons, the healing, and the growth have truly shaped who I am today. Ashley is the founder of NeuroHarmonic Wellness, a Shamanic Reiki Master, Certified in Colour Therapy and Digital Detox, and a doctoral candidate in Spiritual Medicine. Blending more than 20 years of leadership experience with her own transformative healing journey, she created NeuroHarmonic Wellness to bridge practical experience, holistic wellness, and personal empowerment.

Her work incorporates nervous system regulation, chromotherapy, sound and energy healing, and nature-based modalities designed to support each individual’s unique path to well-being.
