I know what it's like ot realize that nothing in my closet fit anymore.

I just kept gaining weight. And I couldn't get it off. Not because I didn't know what to eat. Not because I lacked willpower.

But because my body was changing in ways I didn't understand, and every article I read contradicted the last one.

The turning point wasn't a new diet plan. And it certainly wasn't a quick fix or an easy button.

It was finally understanding what was actually happening inside my body during midlife, and why what used to work… doesn't anymore.

Here's what I wish I'd known sooner:

1.Yes, what we eat matters. But...so does stress. If we are constantly stressed out and never truly relaxing...diet alone won't move the needle.

2. The 1,200 calorie plan that worked in your 30s? It's working against you now (and also causing stress). Your body needs actual nourishment to support these changes, not restriction.

3. Sleep isn't a luxury, it's essential. Poor sleep disrupts the hormones that regulate hunger and fullness. And if we aren't sleeping well...that's additional stress on the body.

4. And those crazy, hard HIIT workouts that I used to thrive on when I was younger..yep, you guessed it. Too much stress for our bodies right now to be doing these on the regular.

if you're tired of feeling frustrated with your body and ready for a realistic approach that works with midlife, not against it, comment 'SUPPORT' and I'll send you something that can help.

What if the first step to taking better care of yourself could be done in just 15 minutes a day?

For so many women in midlife, life is already FULL.
Work.
Kids.
Aging parents.
Household responsibilities.
Everyone else’s needs.

And somewhere along the way, you ended up at the bottom of your own list.

Now that you're in midlife, your body isn't handling this well anymore. It's demanding your attention. Screaming at you for attention.
Weight is starting to add up.
Energy has decreased.
A good nights' sleep? What's that???

You keep telling yourself you’ll focus on your health when things slow down.
But can we be honest? We know this never actually happens.

And what if you don't actually need hours every day to start feeling more in control of your health?

That’s one of the reasons I created my 1-Week Midlife Reset.
For just 15 minutes a day for 7 days, you’ll learn more about what’s happening in your body as your hormones begin to shift in midlife...and, more importantly, start identifying the everyday habits that can make the biggest difference for you during this transition.

Because midlife isn't about trying to fight your body, it’s about understanding it.

And sometimes investing just 15 minutes in yourself each day can be the beginning of a very different relationship with your health.

💗 7 days. 15 minutes a day. A little more understanding of your changing body.

If you're a woman 35+ who has been putting yourself last, this might be the reset you've been waiting for.

Your health deserves a place on your calendar, too.

I said what I said.

Yes, hormones shift in perimenopause and menopause. Yes, those shifts can affect how your body responds to food, movement, and other lifestyle habits.

But here's the truth most people don't want to hear:
We CAN adapt to work with our hormones now. So we can't keep making this the excuse if we want to see true results.

It just doesn't make sense to blindly blame our hormones when we do have control over how we respond.

Here are some things I see women commonly doing while simultaneously just blaming their hormones:

✔️ you're eating more than you realize (stress snacking, extra bites while cooking, not tracking food and drinks)
✔️ you're moving less than you used to (more sitting, less general movement throughout the day)
✔️ you're dealing with more stress (and all kinds...mental, emotional, physical, and environmental)
✔️ your sleep has taken a hit (making everything harder, including staying consistent)
✔️ yyou're still trying to keep up with the lifestyle you had in your 20s...

Simply blaming hormones keeps us stuck because it puts the solution outside of our control.

The habits that matter?
Those are 100% in your control.

Building sustainable habits around realistic eating, consistent movement, stress management, and better sleep will move the needle. I watch it happen time and again. And yes, most of us can do this the natural way and be successful!

I know that's not the easy answer. But it's the honest one.
And it's also the empowering one, because it means you have more power than you think.

I know how it feels to see myself in a photo and not even recognize myself.
I wondered...how did I get here? Where did this weight come from? I haven't been doing anything differently!

That same body that had carried me through everything - carrying babies, raising kids, career progression, all of it - suddenly felt like a stranger.

And the hardest part? I thought I knew what to do.
But what used to work… didn't anymore.

I'd try something for a week, life would get busy, and I'd be right back where I started. Blaming myself. Feeling like I was failing at something that should be simple.

Then I finally changed up my strategy.
I found support. I built habits one tiny piece at a time. I learned what my body actually needed in this season. And I executed...even on the days I didn't want to.

And slowly, I started recognizing myself again.
Not because I followed some extreme plan or punished myself into compliance.
But because I finally gave myself what I'd been missing: realistic strategies, consistent accountability, habits that fit into my busy schedule, and the permission to do it at a pace that actually worked.

If you would benefit from knowing more about how your body has changed in midlife and what strategies you may need to rethink in order to lose the weight, get your energy back, and feel more like yourself again...
My 1-Week Midlife Reset is for YOU!

One of the hardest lessons I’ve learned as a health coach?

I can’t always help the people who need it most.
But I can REALLY help the people who WANT it.

When I first started coaching, I wanted to help everyone.

If you were struggling with your health…
If you were dealing with a diagnosis and looking for ways to improve your health naturally…
If you wanted to lose weight, have more energy, or simply feel better in your body…

I was ready to jump in and help. 🙋‍♀️ I would even offer significant discounts to people, trying to do the right thing and make coaching accessible.

But Ilearned through trial and error that it wasn't the cost of the program that was the problem.

Over the last few years, I’ve learned something important:
Wanting better health and being ready to work toward better health are two VERY different things.

No matter how much someone may need support, coaching can only take them so far if they aren't willing to:

• Get uncomfortable
• Take ownership
• Be honest with themselves
• Make the time
• Stay consistent
• Actually do the work

And honestly? Learning this has been a tough pill to swallow.

There are even people I care about personally who I believe could benefit significantly from making some healthier changes...but they don't want that right now.

And I’ve had to learn that...I CANNOT WANT IT FOR THEM. (This is still hard sometimes...) That's not enough.

What I CAN do is pour my energy into the people who are ready.

And those are the clients I’ve seen make incredible progress. Not because they were perfect. Because they were willing. They wanted something different badly enough to get uncomfortable, make the time, take responsibility, and keep showing up.

You don't have to be perfect to be successful with your health.
But you do have to be willing.

And if you are?
That’s where coaching can make a BIG difference.
If that's you...what are we waiting for? Let's get to work!!!

Your body isn't broken. You haven't lost your willpower.
What used to work just doesn't anymore because your body has literally changed.

What your body actually needs now:

✔️ more protein to support muscle and metabolism
✔️ strength training, not just cardio
✔️ better stress management (because cortisol matters WAY more now)
✔️ consistent sleep (not negotiable anymore)
✔️ blood sugar balance through the day
✔️ recovery time built into your routine

You do NOT need more restriction.
You need strategies that work with your biology, not against it.

This is exactly what we cover in the 1-Week Midlife RESET program. Real, sustainable habit building that fits your body and your life right now.
Save this if you needed the reminder that you're not failing, your strategy just needs an update 💛

08/13/2026

It shouldn’t be about restriction. It should always be about respect.

For your body. Your health. And your overall wellness.

08/13/2026

For years, you trusted the same advice.
Eat less. Move more. Count your calories. Stay disciplined.
And for years, it worked.

Until it didn't.

Because here's what no one told you: when your hormones shift in midlife, your metabolism isn't broken. It's not lazy. It's not punishing you for lack of willpower.

Your body is responding to lower estrogen, higher cortisol, insulin resistance that wasn't there before. The old math stopped working because the equation changed.

So when you cut more calories and add more cardio, you're not fixing the problem. You're fighting your own physiology.

What actually works?
- Food that supports your hormones
- Movement that builds muscle while not taxing your nervous system
- Stress management that actually makes a difference
- Rest that heals

That's exactly what we cover IN DETAIL during the 1-Week Midlife RESET and the next round is starting Sept. 4th!

You don't need more restriction.
You need a strategy that works with your biology, not against it.
You need simple daily habits that are doable and sustainable to fuel your body, not starve it.

Comment RESET and I'll send you all the details you need to join the next round! 💛
