What if your weight struggle has less to do with food... and more to do with everything else you're carrying?

Sometimes the issue isn't food.

Sometimes it's stress, overwhelm, exhaustion, loneliness, burnout, or constantly being in survival mode.

So many busy adults aren't overeating because they "lack willpower." They're coping with life.

And when we ignore the emotional side of health, we stay stuck in the same cycles.

This is why when we set goals for true wellness, we have to look at the WHOLE picture:

So many midlife women feel frustrated because what used to work… doesn’t anymore.

And instead of understanding WHY, they blame themselves.

But here’s the truth:

Your body changes with age.
Your hormones shift.
Stress impacts you differently.
Sleep matters more.
Recovery matters more.

This doesn’t mean your body is broken. It just means your approach needs to evolve too.

Never underestimate the power of a fresh, clean summer salad! That colorful produce is loaded with powerful antioxidants, polyphenols, and fiber.

The summer season brings crisp, fresh, and great-tasting summer produce at your local markets. Making a fresh salad each week is incredible - enjoy as your appetizer to your meals or throw some protein on it and make it a meal in itself!

Try it with just simply adding salt, pepper, olive oil, and a flavored vinegar to get a great taste while avoiding all the harmful ingredients that we find in traditional salad dressings.

Some people think the upfront cost of joining a local CSA is too high. However, when you divide that cost up, it comes out to about $23/week and what’s in this box? I’d say it’s a good deal!

And we get to support local farms. đźšś

If you haven’t ever tried joining a local CSA, this is your sign.

By participating in this program, we not only get to support a local farm and families, but we also have found that it encourages us to try different produce than we would typically buy each week on our own. That increases our variety of nutrients that we’re getting throughout the year and encouraging us to cook and prepare foods that might not be as common to us.

I’ll be sharing more detail about the produce we receive each week, as well as how we prepare these items and incorporate them into balanced meals. If you want to all of those details, make sure you hit the follow button!

Can I tell you something freeing?

You are NOT failing because you lack motivation.

Motivation is temporary for everyone.

The people who create lasting results aren’t motivated 24/7…

They simply have systems and habits that support them, even on hard days.

That’s why:
✔️ small, healthy habits matter
✔️ routines matter
✔️ realistic expectations matter

Because healthy living has to fit your REAL life, not some perfect dreamland version of it.

You don’t need to become a different person.

You just need better support systems. đź’›

“I’m trying SO hard to eat healthy… but I’m still exhausted, hungry, and I'm struggling to lose weight.”

I hear these things a lot.
A lot of foods marketed as “healthy” aren’t actually helping people feel their best.

Things like:
❌ ultra-processed “diet” snacks
❌ low-fat foods loaded with sugar
❌ protein bars that are basically candy bars
❌ foods that leave you hungry an hour later

Healthy eating doesn’t have to mean: tiny portions, chemical-filled substitutes,or constantly feeling deprived.

The goal is REAL nourishment.

Foods that:
✔️ fuel your energy
✔️ support your metabolism
✔️ keep you satisfied
✔️ actually make your body feel GOOD

Because when your body is nourished properly, everything changes. đź’›
