Hey all,

I'll be presenting a workshop on Oct 21 for Penn State University's Lifelong learning program on how to support your nervous system.

We'll explore how to shift from the habitual fight-flight-freeze survival mode to find more at ease and connection.

Join me if you're around.

Stopped in after the gym to drop off some items at the Harrisburg Area Food Pantry.

So grateful to Executive Director Deidre Lenker for her work serving our community. Also for being a good sport for a pop in photo.

And continued thanks to all of you who drop off items in my office for our neighbors.

This week there were lots of fresh veggies in addition to the usual groceries of canned goods, personal items, frozen meat, eggs and milk.

The Harrisburg Area Food Pantry has been serving the community continuously for over 53 years after it was founded in 1972 in response to the devastating impact of tropical storm Agnes.

The pantry is one of the largest Frontline distributors of emergency food assistance in Dauphin County and assists families in need Monday through Fridays, and some Saturdays. The support provided reaches over 4000 people each month.

Ps -- the shirt is a concert t- shirt from a Warren Zevon song and not an actual ransom note🤣🤣🤣
