*when I say free it means: this is donation based (recommendation of $5-$10) but NOT required I wonā€™t ever turn anyone away!!! Come as you are if need bešŸ˜Š

To answer some common questions:
YES! this is beginner friendly.. if you say you arenā€™t flexible this class is for YOU!!
& also YES ! This class is kid friendly but if it becomes too distracting for fellow yogis I just ask we keep mindfulness intactšŸ–¤šŸ–¤

So the temps are looking terrible this week!!!
Iā€™m going to go ahead & say yoga in the mornings at the park just arenā€™t going to happen due to it being so cold!
If anyone would like to practice 1 on 1 Iā€™ll be happy to supply that this week at either your home or my home! Iā€™ll have some practices posted as well.

Good morning everyone! I was hoping for sun this morning. lol Iā€™m gonna make the executive decision & cancel this mornings class for - my bones hurt! Class will resume Monday morning depending on weather! Weā€™re almost there summer! Where we can walk outside at 6am in a TANK!

Starting off with some warmer movements & ending with some nurturing stretches.. join me tomorrow morning at the high plains shelter @ Miami whitewater !! Dress warm, bring a blanket perhapsšŸ–¤
