Lunch idea for you today.
I like the Just Bare lightly breaded chicken breast bites. (You can use grilled chicken)
Get some baby cucumbers and tomatoes toss them in some dukes mayo (you don't need alot) add dill and a splash of red wine vinegar. This makes a delicious salad, add salt and pepper or whatever seasoning you like. Get some arugula and some red onions and top it all onto a toasted tortilla.
Now you can just make a salad and get rid of the tortilla. Make this work for your goals! It makes the perfect light lunch to get you through your day!

If you are eating bread, I'd recommend choosing sourdough. Add PROTEIN! I like to eat my carb in the morning and less at the end of the day. I know this is a weird breakfast but hey it sounded good. Chicken, a little mayo, onions, arugula, tomatoes on a slice of sourdough! Easy to make!
