🌅 FRIDAY PREPARATION — REMEMBER.

How often does YHWH tell us to REMEMBER?

Remember what He has done.
Remember His covenant.
Remember His commandments.
Remember your Creator.

And in the Fourth Commandment, He says:

📖 “REMEMBER the sabbath day, to keep it holy.”
— Exodus 20:8

Not forget.
Not replace.
Not choose another day.

REMEMBER.

📖 “Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of YHWH thy God.”
— Exodus 20:9–10

And Scripture tells us when:

📖 “From even unto even, shall ye celebrate your sabbath.”
— Leviticus 23:32

🌅 From sunset to sunset.

Friday is preparation.
Prepare your home.
Prepare your food.
Finish your work.
Set aside the cares of the world.
Quiet your mind.
Prepare your heart.

Then enter His appointed time of rest.

And Yeshua Himself honored the Sabbath:

📖 “And, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day.”
— Luke 4:16

Even after His death, His followers “rested the sabbath day according to the commandment.”
— Luke 23:56

And after His resurrection and ascension, the disciples continued proclaiming the Word on the Sabbath:

📖 Acts 13:42–44

The Sabbath is more than a day on a calendar.

It is an invitation to REMEMBER.

Remember the Creator.
Remember His Word.
Remember His commandments.
Remember His goodness.
Remember that we were created for fellowship with Him.

🕊️ Shabbat Shalom!

SEPTEMBER — ALIGN WITH THE DIVINE

30 Days to Strip Away & Summon the Savior

September is a fresh start.

This month, we’re stripping away the things that distract us, weigh us down, and pull us out of alignment—and making room for the One who designed us.

Not punishment.
Not perfection.
Alignment.

Each day, we’ll ask:

“Does this move me toward who God designed me to be?”

I’m walking this journey with you—as your coach, guide, accountability partner, and fellow participant.

🌱 Want to join us? Start today.

Strip away.
Seek within.
Summon the Savior.
Align with the Divine.

Happy Thankful Thursday, Treasured Hearts! 💜🙏🏼😊

Today, I’m thankful for THE TRUTH.

Not my truth.
Not your truth.
THE TRUTH.

True love doesn’t always tell us what we want to hear. Sometimes love has the courage to speak truth—with grace, compassion, and humility.

That’s the heart behind my song:

🎶 “I LOVE YOU ENOUGH TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH” 🎶

I can pray for you.
I can walk with you.
I can encourage you.
I can hold your hand.

But I can’t choose for you.

And you can’t choose for me.

Because it’s not about my truth or your truth.

It’s THE TRUTH.

📖 “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” — John 8:32

📖 “Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.” — John 17:17

So today, Treasured Hearts, seek the Truth. ❤️

Be still.
Ask questions.
Pray.
Listen.
Test what you hear.
And follow the One who leads us into Truth.

Sometimes the truth will challenge us. Sometimes it will correct us. But if we truly seek it, the Truth will set us free. 🕊️

I love you enough to tell you the truth.

And I hope you love yourself enough to seek it.

💛 Happy Thankful Thursday, Treasured Hearts!

With love,
Dr. URTH Sense 🌿

🎶🔥 IT’S OFFICIAL… CRAZY LIL WHITE GIRL IS COMING! 🔥🎶

I am SO excited to finally announce that my new album, CRAZY LIL WHITE GIRL, is officially coming August 21, 2027! 🤍🎶

And yes… the title track is “Crazy Lil White Girl.” 😂🔥

People say I’m crazy…

Maybe they’re right. 😉

But something changed inside me when I finally laid down my pride and completely surrendered to my Savior and Redeemer, Christ Yeshua.

This album is more than music to me.

It’s my war cry.
It’s my testimony.
It’s a call to worship.
It’s a call to wake up.
It’s a call to lay down our pride and surrender everything to the One who can truly transform us.

I’m not making this album because I think I have everything figured out.

I’m making it because He changed me.

And if these songs can reach even one person who feels broken, lost, forgotten, rebellious, or far from God—and remind them that they can turn around, surrender, and come home—then every lyric will be worth it. ❤️

🎵 CRAZY LIL WHITE GIRL
💿 NEW ALBUM — AUGUST 21, 2027

The journey starts now.

Pre-order your copy today and come along with me for what I believe is going to be one incredible journey.

This isn’t about me.

It’s about Him.

🤍 Christ Yeshua. My Savior. My Redeemer. My reason.
