If I’m being real…
it’s not just the state of the union…
but let’s be honest, that’s not exactly helping. 😒
I’m at capacity.
And I don’t wait until I’m losing it to admit it—
my body flags it early:
– restless but exhausted
– holding my breath without realizing
– overstimulated by small things
– brain fog / can’t focus
– that edgy, on-the-verge feeling
That’s a nervous system under pressure.
So instead of pushing through… I move it.
Shaking.
Screaming.
Breathing.
These are somatic releases—ways to get stress out of the body instead of letting it stack up.
Cause guess what? It doesn’t disappear.
It leaks—into your energy, your reactions, your entire day.
This is me choosing to regulate instead of spiral.
