If I’m being real…
it’s not just the state of the union…
but let’s be honest, that’s not exactly helping. 😒

I’m at capacity.

And I don’t wait until I’m losing it to admit it—
my body flags it early:

– restless but exhausted
– holding my breath without realizing
– overstimulated by small things
– brain fog / can’t focus
– that edgy, on-the-verge feeling

That’s a nervous system under pressure.

So instead of pushing through… I move it.

Shaking.
Screaming.
Breathing.

These are somatic releases—ways to get stress out of the body instead of letting it stack up.

Cause guess what? It doesn’t disappear.
It leaks—into your energy, your reactions, your entire day.

This is me choosing to regulate instead of spiral.

You’re not still feeling like sh*t because you’re doing something wrong.

You’re still feeling like sh*t because most of what you’ve been told to do… doesn’t actually work for a dysregulated body.

Yeah, I said it.

Eat better.
Move your body.
Take the supplements.
“Manage your stress.”

Cool.

And yet…
you’re still snapping faster than you want to.
Still laying in bed wired and exhausted.
Still feeling off… even when everything should be working.

Because no one told you this:

You can’t out-supplement a nervous system that doesn’t feel safe.
You can’t mindset your way out of survival mode.
And you definitely can’t “discipline” your body into calm.

So you keep blaming yourself.

“I just need to be more consistent.”
“I just need to try harder.”

No. You don’t.

Your body just hasn’t been shown how to come out of survival.

That’s the shift.

That’s what changed everything for me—and for the clients + students I work with.

Not more doing.
Not more fixing.

Actually learning how to regulate.

That’s what breathwork does—when it’s done right.

Not the cute, sit-and-relax version. Not the breathe yourself into hyperventilation kind either.

The kind that actually gets you out of your head,
moves what’s stuck in your body, and gives your system a real reset.

If you’ve been doing all the “right” things and still feel off…
this is probably why.

Join me while I do a proxy zone for a pregnant mama…

Yes. On silicone feet.
Yes, her name is Brenda.
Yes, she’s fully credentialed. 👣😜

Recently I performed a full proxy Footzone for a mama who was ready to meet her baby. We started with a complete foundational zone (because we never skip the basics), and then I focused intentionally on:

• Balancing and encouraging openness through the pelvic bone reflexes
• Very light reflex support connected to the amniotic sac
• Clearing inner lymphatic flow around the uterus + reproductive organs
• Stimulating the pituitary gland reflex to support oxytocin signaling

And because I know someone will ask — proxy work is possible because energy isn’t confined to physical proximity. When properly trained, you intentionally tune in to the person you’re supporting.

Think of it like prayer.
You don’t have to stand in front of someone for connection to happen.

Important boundaries:

⚠️ Labor-support techniques should NOT be done before 38 weeks.
⚠️ This should only be performed by a certified Footzone practitioner trained in pregnancy support.
⚠️ Labor will not begin unless baby is ready. You cannot force it.

The goal isn’t to push the body.
The goal is to support it.

Sometimes that helps labor begin.
Sometimes it simply creates deep relaxation.

Either way — we honor the body’s timing.

I’ve been working toward this for a long time — and I’m finally ready to share it! ✨

After years of training, integrating, and facilitating — and hundreds of individual and group sessions — one thing has become very clear to me:

Of all the modalities I practice (and I love them all), breathwork has been the most impactful and life-changing — for me and for the people I work with.

What I’ve also seen is this:

breathwork works best when it’s built on a strong foundation.

Breathwork is trending.

But working with someone’s nervous system isn’t a trend.

It’s about knowing how to hold what opens.

That’s why I created this training.

I’m opening applications for my 150+ hour Breathwork + Energy Healing Facilitator Certification — a 4-month, trauma-informed, nervous-system-based training beginning February 2026.

This is a hybrid program that includes:

• in-person weekend intensives in Utah
• weekly live virtual training and mentorship
• self-paced online learning modules
• supervised practice and real facilitation experience

Breathwork is the center of this work.
Energy healing is the foundation — the piece that helps facilitators stay grounded, regulated, and responsive so breathwork can actually be safe and effective.

You don’t need prior experience in breathwork or energy healing.

You do need a willingness to practice, learn, and show up.

I used to think fiction was a waste of time.
If I had free time, I was reading something to help me grow—
to understand myself and be a better support for my clients.

Nonfiction. Nervous system stuff. Trauma healing. Emotional patterns.
Always something with a lesson. A purpose. A deeper meaning.
(Anyone else?)

But constantly doing the work gets exhausting.
Always analyzing. Always processing.
Eventually it starts to feel like something must always be wrong with you.

So when I picked up fiction again, I expected a break.
But what I found was something so much better.

It is an escape—but one that somehow feels more real.
It lets me feel without fixing.
Relate without responding.
And see the same patterns I see in my sessions—
grief, identity, betrayal, rebirth—
but with dragons and daggers and slow-burn side plots.

It’s made me softer.
More curious.
And honestly, more present with the real-life stories I hold every day.

Because healing and coping don’t always look like journaling or therapy.
Sometimes they look like ugly crying over a fictional character
and realizing… you feel seen.

It’s not about checking out.
It’s about finding another way in.
And maybe letting something beautiful hold you for a while.

Most people don’t know that their face holds emotion.
And even fewer realize it’s connected to why they’re feeling so overstimulated, tense, or disconnected lately.

That’s where face zoning comes in.

This isn’t just a relaxing treatment (though it feels amazing).
It’s a light-touch therapy that accesses facial reflex points connected to your nervous system, organs, and emotional body.

It helps your system release stored stress and unprocessed emotion—often things you didn’t even realize you were still holding.

I almost let someone’s opinion make me forget who I am.

Not because they were right,
but because their certainty was loud—
and for a moment, I confused that with truth.

It made me question myself.
It made me shrink.
It made me quiet something inside me that’s never asked for permission to exist.

But here’s what I know now:
I don’t need to be the loudest to be clear.
I don’t need to be the most popular to be of service.
And I don’t need to justify my path to people who were never meant to walk it.

What I offer isn’t for everyone.
But it’s for someone.
And that someone is why I will keep going.

✨ Be wary of those who need to be “right” more than they need to be kind.

✨ Be mindful of the ones who confuse confidence with superiority.

✨ Be brave enough to keep showing up—even when others don’t understand your magic.

You don’t need to fight to prove your light.
You just need to stand in it.

It’s a full-body reset that starts at your feet and reaches every system in your body.

Physical, emotional, hormonal, energetic—it’s all connected.

This isn’t surface-level work. It’s foundational.

You’ll leave feeling:

• Grounded and lighter
• Emotionally clearer
• Like your body is finally working with you again
