thanks to for the thought-provoking conference! As a public health grad, maternal health is close to my heart and it was amazing seeing people passionate about making a difference. My first conference and I'm inspired 🤓. The topic can be heavy and I gained new perspectives.

Gentle Reminder:
If your birthing space of choice is the hospital, take a tour!

Today I took a tour with a friend, yes the tour was fast but it’s another step in preparing for her special day, you can ask questions and see the space you will be and prepare to make it as comfortable as you can. I witnessed her excitement and relief

Here’s why it matters:
✅Get familiar with the layout and routines ✅Learn check-in and triage procedures
✅Ask questions about policies (visitors, food, birth preferences)
✅Most importantly, Feel less anxious knowing what to expect
