Hospitality is our first act of care—and for our EMS partners, that begins the moment you arrive.

We recognize that the care you provide in the field sets everything in motion, and we are committed to building on that work without disruption.

Through clear communication, strong coordination, and attention to every transition, we aim to create an arrival experience that reflects true partnership in care.

Ivan Sarmiento Jr., MSN, RN, Director of Emergency Services at Saint Francis Hospital shares how our team is prepared to receive both your patient and your clinical report with focus and respect.

Wes Kyle, MD, EMS Medical Director at Saint Mary's Hospital, shares why the launch of our new whole blood program is such an important advancement in emergency care.

Whole blood transfusion remains very rare in Connecticut, and Saint Mary’s Hospital is proud to be one of the first in the state to implement this lifesaving approach.
