We are seeking an assistant secretary or administrative assistant to assist with everyday needs.

The qualified candidate would call and/or follow up with clients as well as interview a list of potential caregivers, document and report information back to the manager.

Applicant must have immense organizational skills and be able handle assignments rather quickly.

This position would not require a full or part time schedule. It would be on an as needed basis, but there would more than likely be an everyday need.

This is a remote position, however the qualified candidate is expected to have a calm and quiet background available when placing calls.

Pay is negotiable based on the amount of active work time. The perfect fit for this position would be someone with a flexible day schedule who is looking for some extra income.
