in choosing an exercise program that fits into your busy life. Cathy Lipsky is a Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in caring for the adult population. Having spent most of that time in caring for people who were sick, she now focuses on empowering people to take charge of their own wellness. Through healing modalities she applies in her practice and by teaching her clients about stress management, nutritional changes & healthy lifestyle tools, she is able to heal the earth by helping people to heal themselves physically, emotionally & spiritually.
