🌿✨ Reiki Level I ✨🌿

I’ll be opening space soon for a Reiki Level I class.

Reiki is a gentle return — to stillness, to presence, to the remembrance that healing flows through us when we are willing to receive and allow.

Level I is the foundation. A soft unfolding. An attunement to the universal life force energy that connects all things. We’ll move slowly, intentionally, with reverence for the practice and for one another.
