Imagine the conscious mind as the filter for all stimuli and the subconscious mind as the file cabinet for everything you've ever witnessed or experienced. To access the subconscious, we must bypass the conscious mind thru deep relaxation, hypnosis.

“EFT” is an emotional healing process which can help eliminate the negative emotions of trauma, PTSD, fears, anger, guilt, worry, abuses and rape. EFT is also capable of relieving many physical symptoms such as chronic pain, headaches, backaches, unwanted habits and more. EFT frequently provides relief where other techniques fail. When you combine EFT with Hypnosis, you have an unbelievable application that can help clients make changes to their quality of life.

My Relative was a smoker, then he decided smoking was bad for him. He started to Dip and Chew To***co. I hated the smell and did not want to visit him. It used to be the same for restaurants and businesses when they allowed smoking. Today many people have stopped this habit, however there are still holdouts.
When we become smoke free, the smell of the to***co product and the ash tray seems to be more acrid and irritating. If you have someone in your life that needs to make that dynamic change and save those monies for healthier habits contact the Certified professionals at the Mind Enhancement Center.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month so we are honoring all those that have cancer and will be affected by Breast Cancer or any other type of cancer.
I found part of this letter on line and it is an excellent description of what happens when you are diagnosed. You’ve been diagnosed with breast cancer: “I am so, so sorry. My diagnosis came five years ago, and I remember exactly the way it felt to hear the words I’m very sorry to say that it *is* cancer…” (34 years ago for me and you never forget those words or the feelings it instills.) I remember the look on my husband’s face the feeling I got in my stomach. We ran from one appointment to another and got the same news each time. I was in disbelief because I felt fine. I was only worried about one small area. For medical advice, “You will have a team of doctors giving you that. I do think you should probably listen to them, or get a second opinion from another team whose advice you will feel comfortable following.” “You are about to start climbing a mountain. I know it looks impossibly high when you are standing at the bottom, but you will get to the top. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other.” There are many support groups. Utilize the support from your family and friends. After the shock wears down a bit, you can and will make good decisions. What does it feel like to experience fear?
Anxiety or extreme fear when confronted with a specific object or situation.
Rapid Hear rate, High Blood Pressure, Excessive Sweating, Shortness of breath, Involuntary trembling, Feeling Light-headed or dizzy, Churning Stomach, Tingling sensation: hot or cold flashes, Afraid of losing control
Knowing that you are overreacting, but you cannot control your fear.
Feeling that intense need to get away.Feeling as if you are going to die or pass out.
A National Guild of Hypnotist trainer sent me an email describing fears, so I thought I would share some of the information. “There are over 500 different types of fears. This is not a misprint. Lets test your knowledge. Which of the four fears below are not real?
Fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of the mouth.
Fear of sitting down
Fear of long words
Fear of bald people
ANSWER- to the above question is all four.
Humans are born with two fears. They are fear of falling and fear of loud noises. All other types of fears are learned.
A fear takes place when a certain item or event takes place. These fears can simply be a slight inconvenience all the way to interfering with the clients daily activities.
Over 25,000,000 people in the US have some type of fears. Fears can attack adults as well as children.”

Although we may say “come and sit in our Magic Chair”, Hypnosis is not magic but many people see it that way. Hypnosis is a specific procedure that works to help clients make positive changes in their life.

Stress, Worry, Sadness, Fears
Getting rid of cravings and habits
Build self esteem, confidence, motivation
Eliminating fears, Anger, PTSD

Whether you celebrate this weekend, July 4th, next week or all week, we wish you a safe, happy and healthy holiday. This Veterans family message is to be good to each other, PLEASE let us slow down the vitriol toward people that think differently. Let us come together as US Citizens and be thankful for what we have, our country and our freedoms. I have always been told that Anger and Stress never add a day to our lives, they only diminish our health and quality of life. We would like to thank all the other veterans, their families and friends, Border Patrol, the police and firefighters for their service and commitment to keeping us safe for so many years.
