There are many things non-surgical decompression helps. Things like sciatica, herniated discs, and facet syndrome… but what are these things?
SCIATICA: Pain that travels across nerves from the buttocks to your legs. It can be a result of herniated discs.
HERNIATED DISCS: When one of the cushions between the bones in your spine gets damaged. Effects can include numbness or tingling, muscle weakness, and arm pain.
FACET SYNDROME: When the small joints (facet joints) in your spine become inflamed. Causes can be aging, posture problems, arthritis, or injuries. With this you may experience back pain, tenderness in joint areas, uncomfortable stiffness, or spasms.
CERVICAL & LUMBAR PAIN: Pain in your back and neck. There is a spectrum of pain you may experience: dull—sharp—radiating. As pain increases, it can also spread.
**Consult a professional if worried about these issues rather than self diagnosing. Use these descriptions as guidance on when to schedule a doctor’s appointment!**
