It’s pumpkin season! Get ready to embrace the flavors of autumn and learn to make delicious, healthy dishes featuring the season’s most popular ingredient. 🎃

Join The Virginia Thurston Healing Garden for a virtual cooking demonstration with instructor Vanessa Young! We’ll be making a healthy and flavorful pumpkin chili (with a vegan option!) and exploring tons of ideas for incorporating pumpkin into your cooking all day long, from pancakes and snacks to satisfying dinners.
