Please come join us for the Summer Agreement Program. We will explore the book The Four Agreements.

We have an exciting program called the Summer Agreement that will be held over four Sundays from June to September. Each Sunday, we will focus on one of the four agreements from the book and explore its meaning in depth. We will start with a calming meditation and set our intentions, followed by engaging discussions about each agreement on their designated Sundays. By participating in this program, you will not only enhance your self-esteem but also gain valuable tools to make better choices in life.

The Summer Agreement program will take place at Misty Mountain Hopp House on Sunday mornings, specifically from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. It is open to everyone, and we kindly request a donation for attending, as all proceeds will go towards supporting Blue Chip Animal Rescue.

In addition to the Summer Agreement program, we are delighted to offer weekly yoga classes for beginners and intermediate practitioners. These classes will be held on Monday evenings from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, as well as Wednesday mornings from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Whether you are new to yoga or have some experience, these classes will provide a wonderful opportunity to enhance your practice.

Feel free to join us for the Summer Agreement program and/or the yoga classes. It's going to be a fantastic journey towards personal growth and well-being!
