If you would come celebrate ALTHEA before she crosses over the rainbow bridge at 2:30 EST tomorrow with a workout dedicated to her 13 + years of loyalty 🐾😭🌈 it would really, really help me get through 💔

Althea has all the after Labrador Day feels, so she said that tomorrow Overcoming Obstacles Cape Cod there will be one class at 8 am. Plenty of time to get a half hour of sweat in before whatever the rest of your day brings! You are up at 7:30 am...get ther by 8 and you haven't missed it...Otherwise the workout is on the board and you are on your own! Back to EVERYONE'S regularly scheduled programming Tuesday, no excuses.

This is what members of Overcoming Obstacles Cape Cod consider a weekend away! If this looks like something that you want to try, but don't know where to start, grab a buddy and get to one of the at least 10 half-hour classes offered daily M-Sa. Good days start with good friends and a good workout that challenges your body, mind, and sometimes counting skills :)

Tomorrow morning between 7:02 and 7:04 am we will Sing Happy Birthday to Maddie who turns 18 and has been a part of Overcoming Obstacles Cape Cod since birth! At 7:30 I will be taking off to meet her in the parking lot at the Tech to re-create this photo, so my 7:15 or later am peeps, I will be back soon after she kicks me off campus!
