The McCoy House has so much to offer!! It has Little House Counseling where you can seek traditional therapy & also ketamine therapy. It also has me in the back with multiple variations of holistic healing - reiki, energy work, somatic healing, sound baths, yoga, & a store full of items made by local small businesses. Hastings might be little, BUT lately we offer so much with all of the women owned small businesses throughout it 🩷

🧘🏻‍♀️ Yin Yoga class Wednesday evening at 7pm. Join us for a slow & relaxing yoga class to deeply stretch your muscles & quiet your mind. You can bring your own yoga mat, blanket, & blocks or they can be provided.
✨ A Sound Bath will be Thursday evening at 7pm. Relax for an hour & allow me to do all the work while you allow the sounds to envelop you. Whatever would make you feel comfortable lying for 45 minutes - we have yoga mats & blankets, but if you need something else to help you, you can bring it.
🤍 Classes are $12 each & after 10 classes your 11th is free. To attend you can register on the site!
