Our residents had such a wonderful time during a special Bible camp with the Catholic Daughters! The day was filled with fun games, laughter, fellowship, and plenty of smiles as our residents connected and enjoyed time together. We’re always looking for new ways to make activities more accessible and engaging for all of our residents! Our Activities Director, Danielle, recently added a daily Bingo opportunity to the Daily Chronicle, giving residents the chance to participate from the comfort of their own rooms and enjoy a little friendly competition throughout the day.

We love seeing our team think outside the box to create opportunities for connection and engagement in ways that work for each individual resident. It’s just one more way we’re continuing to find new ways to bring a little fun into each day!

🎉 Celebrating 39 Years of Service! 🎉

Please join us in congratulating Regina Helbig, Housekeeping/Laundry at Haida Nursing & Rehabilitation, on an incredible 39 years of dedicated service!

When asked what she enjoys most about working at Haida, Regina shared that she loves being “a small piece of a bigger picture” in making residents’ lives better. Through her work, she helps create a clean, comfortable environment for our residents and takes pride in knowing they have fresh clothes and feel happy and cared for each day.

Regina’s dedication, reliability, and commitment have made her a valued member of the Haida team for nearly four decades.

Outside of work, Regina enjoys visiting her son in Pittsburgh, thrift shopping, and relaxing with her favorite TV shows.

Thank you, Regina, for 39 years of service and for the important role you play in the Haida community. We are grateful for the care and commitment you have shown throughout the years! ❤️

🎉 Celebrating 18 years of dedication with Bonnie Westover! 🎉

For 18 years, Bonnie has been a familiar and caring presence at Haida Nursing & Rehabilitation as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her commitment to caring for others goes far beyond her role. It’s about the relationships she has built and the lives she has touched along the way.

“I’ve dedicated my life to taking care of people,” Bonnie shared. She believes in making each resident’s day special, supporting families, and working together with her coworkers to provide the best care possible. As Bonnie shared, “It takes teamwork to do what we do, and I think we have a wonderful team.”

Outside of work, Bonnie enjoys spending time with her family, hunting, and being outdoors. Thank you, Bonnie, for 18 years of compassion, dedication, and the kindness you bring to Haida every day. 💚
