Open: Mon-Sat 9am-8pm Sun.11am-6pm Spiral Deli: Mon-Sat 11am-2pm. Spiral Food Co-op has been serving the greater Hastings area since 1979. We carry a variety of natural foods including:
-fresh fruits and vegetables (organic and local)
-a wide array of bulk items (flours, nuts, spices, etc)
-gluten-free foods and other options for those with food allergies
-a large selection of supplements and vitamins
-local milk, cheese and eggs
-local meat

Currently located at 1250 S Frontage Rd in Hastings.

Only 1 week until our Annual Meeting Open House 🎉🎈

Stop into Spiral Saturday September 12th from 11am-2pm for free samples from vendors, a chance to spin the prize wheel and win a prize, and last but not least, co-op owners save 10% all day!

Our General Manager and members of our Board of Directors will also be in store to chat and answer questions.

Fundraise Update:
We are currently at week 6 of our fundraiser aimed to help Spiral Food Co-op catch up after a series of very unfortunate events cost us a lot.
Our GiveMN currently sits at $5305, adding that to the total from our anonymous donors we are just over $20,000 or a quarter of the way to our goal! While donations have slowed recently, we remain focused and ready to serve our community the same way we have for over 47 years.
We are very grateful to those who have donated and continue to support Spiral Co-op 🥰

100% beeswax and a wide variety of shapes including new pumpkin and skull tapers.

Our September Round Up at the Register Partner is Association of University Women. AAUW is looking to fund scholarships for women graduating from Hastings High School. Organized in 1970, the Hastings AAUW branch promotes equity for women and girls locally by providing not just scholarships but opportunities to meet and share ideas, organize community action projects, and offer educational and entertaining programs. To help AAUW reach their goals simply round up to the nearest dollar (or any amount) next time you check out at Spiral Food Co-op.

The return of soup in the Spiral Deli is finally here!
You can find the fall soup schedule here and on our website. We will also still have the hot and ready super creamy mac n cheese available.
Spiral Deli is open Monday through Saturday 11am-2pm, our grab n go case is always stocked with wraps, salads, sandwiches, sushi, and ready to heat soups.
