You get Beautiful Provisions — right here in Hastings, Michigan.
Beautiful Provisions saw a real need in the community for a gluten free donut that did not taste like a compromise. What they created is something entirely their own — a unique cross between a classic donut hole and a mochi donut. Chewy. Fluffy. Real.
And the secret ingredient? Farm fresh lard sourced directly from KuneKune pigs right here at RR Homestead in Hastings. The way donuts were always meant to be made.
One bite and you will understand why ingredients matter.
🌿 Long Rooted Co. — Hastings, Michigan
Over 10 years ago she started making elderberry syrups, salves, and magnesium sprays for her own family — long before it was trendy. When the opportunity arose to share those remedies with her community she took it without hesitation.
Long Rooted Co. elderberry syrup is made with elderberries, raw honey, and other beneficial herbs — small batch, intentional, and rooted in over a decade of knowledge and love.
Ever heard of a clean cotton candy? Now you have. Her son could not have artificial dyes, so to make sure he didn’t miss out on the childhood experience of cotton candy, she spun her own — completely dye free — only to discover that countless families in the community had been waiting for exactly the same thing.
That is what Long Rooted Co. is — a mama who saw a need and filled it. For her family first. And then for all of ours. 🤎
🌾 RR Homestead — Hastings, Michigan
Just a couple of city folks who moved their family to the country of Barry County, Michigan — and never looked back.
RR Homestead raises AKKPS registered KuneKune pigs — known for producing some of the most beautifully marbled, richly flavored pork you will ever taste. They also raise grass fed beef cattle right here on Southwest Michigan land.
Their fruitful gardens will also be supplying Locally Rooted Market with fresh produce grown right here in Barry County.
Visit their farm store at 6045 Cedar Creek Rd in Hastings — Fridays 9-5.
💐Honey Grace Flower Farm — Hastings, Michigan
A mom. A daughter. A small farm. And a flower stand on M-37.
Honey Grace Flower Farm is exactly what local should look like — two people who love what they grow, sharing it with the community right in their own backyard.
Fresh cut flower arrangements grown right here in Hastings — seasonal, beautiful, and full of the kind of care that only comes from people who tend to ever bloom themselves.
