🍎🍊 Progress report! But wait… are we comparing apples to apples or apples to oranges?

This is something I wish more women understood when tracking their progress.

Your body isn’t exactly the same from one week—or even one month—to the next. Hormones, fluid retention, body temperature, digestion, sleep, and other factors can shift throughout your cycle.

So if you’re comparing this month’s measurements to last month’s, try to compare the same phase of your cycle to the same phase of your cycle.

That means instead of looking at:

➡️ “I’m up 2 pounds from last month. What the heck?!”

Try asking:

➡️ “Where was I in my cycle when I took that measurement last time?”

I typically go back about four weeks when I’m comparing my own progress.

And if you’re not sure where you are in your cycle, there are other clues you can use. You can follow the phases of the lunar calendar as a general reference, or track your basal body temperature (BBT) with a wearable like an Oura Ring to help you recognize patterns.

The goal isn’t to find a number that makes you happy.

The goal is to understand your body well enough to interpret the numbers accurately.

Because sometimes you haven’t stalled.

Sometimes… you’re just comparing apples to oranges. 🍎🍊

Same goal. Different season.

And THAT is why I want women to learn to track more than just the scale. 💁🏻‍♀️

If I had compared this data to last week’s data, it would have led to discouragement thinking that I had blown my progress, but that would be comparing apples 🍎 to oranges 🍊, and we don’t do that here! #🍊🍊

A question I've received a lot lately is, "Is triGLP by Orygn like GLP-1 meds?"

My answer? “Not at all! triGLP by ORYGN uses bioactive peptides that support natural signaling processes—that’s different from synthetic peptides, which are lab-constructed to create/amplify specific signals. triGLP is meant for support and communication, not pharmaceutical effects.”

So, what does that mean for someone wanting a natural way to support their metabolism through 3 pathways in one drop? It means that triGLP is a patent-protected bioactive peptide from fresh Atlantic salmon sourced from Norway, designed to support the body with GLP-1, GIP, and GLP-2 to naturally support metabolism + gut health together--because the body works as an interconnected system, not through isolated switches through unnaturally amplified signaling.

Maybe you've been curious about trying the triGLP drops and Ignyt drink mix I've been sharing about but aren't really sure how to incorporate it into your daily routine. Well, I've got you covered. Comment "Simple" below or message me, and I'll share my one-page 7-Day Simple Start resource guide to help you establish a daily routine that provides natural metabolism and gut health support in just two easy-to-use products (triGLP drops and Ignyt drink packets).

I've helped over a dozen clients add this to their daily lifestyle routine, and they are seeing real results. I'd love to include you in this group!
