In recognition of Alzheimer's & Brain Health Awareness Month, we're sharing a brain health tip each Tuesday throughout June.

This week's tip: Move Your Body!

Regular physical activity improves blood flow to the brain, supports memory and thinking, and can reduce the risk of decline as we age.

💜 Aim for 30 minutes of movement most days of the week!

Small steps today can lead to a healthier brain tomorrow.

While the weather may have kept some away, we are so thankful for those who braved the rain and joined us for our very first Nurses Night Out! 💚

A special thank you to Patio 44 for the wonderful food and even better service that helped make the evening so enjoyable.

I had the absolute joy of seeing Ms. Ada at the Petal Senior Health & Resource Fair! 💚

Ms. Ada served with Bedford Care for an incredible 39 years and 9 months. Nearly four decades of compassion, dedication, and commitment to caring for others… what a legacy.
