It was always my life dream and ambition. However, having two kids at once little sleep, exclusively pumping, and crazy schedule I knew something had to change somewhere. I was struggling in my marriage, to have energy and stay awake during the day, and my whole outlook on life was not on the positive side. My nutrition was way off and I couldn't shove in enough sweets. This all changed for the be

tter when I was introduced to Beachbody. I joined a challenge group, started with P90x3 workouts that were only 30 mins a day, and started reading and listening to personal development. The group helped me stay motivated and accountable, I started seeing a difference in my body. I had more energy(like a lot more), I had a more positive mindset, I started stepping out of my comfort zone, and my whole outlook on life changed, and my marriage was on the mend. Another big change that started to take place was my lack of sweet cravings. When I had a strong craving I would fix me a shake instead. I started craving fruits and veggies. While this is all roses for me what does this have to do with you? Because If I can make a change for the better taking small steps one day at a time SO CAN YOU!
