This Father’s Day, we’re celebrating the bond between a father and son.

Christian and his father, Harold, share their story of family, growth, and independence, from Marvel movies and pizza adventures to goals for employment, learning to drive, and building a future filled with possibility.

As Christian works toward greater independence, Harold reflects on the joys of fatherhood and the importance of patience, support, and believing in your child’s potential.

Their story is a reminder that growth happens one step at a time, and that having someone in your corner can make all the difference.

On Juneteenth, we pause to reflect on the ongoing importance of equity, opportunity, and belonging.

Today, we honor the resilience, strength, and rich diversity of our communities. May we continue to learn, reflect, connect, and uplift one another as we celebrate the spirit of freedom.

Happy Juneteenth.
