Dr. Rosen attended the Medical College of Pennsylvania (currently known as the Drexel College of Medicine) for her medical school training, joining an accelerated program called 3 + 3, which focused on primary care. After graduating with her degree, she pursued her residency at the university and found her calling in internal medicine.
