“I like playing Bingo with a big group, Yahtzee with a small group, and the challenge of putting together a jigsaw puzzle. It makes my day happier to eat lunch and dinner in the day room with the people I’ve met here. And my favorite thing to do is build LEGO’s. I built my first one at 81 years old with the help of the activities aide and I feel proud of myself.”

It was another fun-filled week at Aspen Hill! We celebrated with our Seniors After Dark Party, joined in the fun for by making homemade dog treats, and welcomed one of our favorite furry friends, Teddy, for a visit!

From dancing and celebrating to spending time with Teddy and everything in between, there were plenty of smiles to go around.

From making sure our residents look and feel their best with new haircuts to soaking up the sunshine outside we have had a wonderful week. 

We kept cool this week with delicious ice cream socials and got creative by making custom sun visors!
