I see it a lot. People pretending that they are 100% healed. I think that people who do this are afraid of their own darkness. It’s easier to pretend that the pain isn’t there.
Or people who pretend they’re fine but they’re getting drunk at every opportunity. Or the people pleasers who smile but underneath that smile they are drowning inside.
We aren’t taught how to deal with our shadows. As children, we are left to fend for ourselves a lot of the time and it took a lot of us decades to figure it out. Many still don’t know how to do deal with their shadow selves.
These shadows can be painful, heart crushing, stomach turning, and very hard to look at. This is why a lot of people just don’t. They either pretend they aren’t there or they numb them with their vice of choice.
Are you someone who struggles with facing your darkness and embracing it with love and acceptance? For only then can you fully integrate all parts of you. No part of you can be unloved. All of you is worthy even the parts you may not believe to be worthy.
What if I told you there’s a way to work through these shadows? A way that can completely catalyze your life into a direction you never dreamed possible?
I did this in my own life. I know it may seem impossible to heal from your trauma and unloved parts but there are modalities that can truly change your life.
Doing this work on myself healed so much for me. This healing occurred as I worked through my shadows, my trauma, my darkness, and the parts of me I was ashamed of and kept hidden in a dark closet deep in my mind.
My life transformed in every aspect and now I want to help people who are where I once was. Sick. In pain. Depressed. Anxious. People pleasing. Seeking vices to numb the pain. Hopeless. And who have exhausted their options with no real change. At one point I was on seven medications for different purposes. Today, I don’t take anything.
Trauma affects the body physically. Emotions and our health are intrinsically connected.
Are you ready to catalyze your life?
