We all want the best for our horses and like to treat them like the athletes they are, which is where Cryotherapy comes in 🧊🧊

Icing for many is an essential part of our equestrian athlete’s post-performance care. With majority of equestrian disciplines, our horse undergoes a significant amount of strain on their lower limbs that causes heat and often inflammation which could lead to serious injury.

Icing a horse’s leg after strenuous exercise can reduce heat, inflammation and speed up the recovery process. Icing targets specifically the soft tissues in a horse’s leg as well as those oh so important tendons and ligaments.

I haven't been very good about posting before & after photos but thought this was a good one to share! This sweet mare has been dealing with long-term compensatory soreness and as you can see from the first picture, was very tight and uncomfortable in her posture. We did a full body PEMF session, followed by a massage from Raty Performance LLC, Equine Massage & Rehab and saw huge improvements in her overall body condition ❤️

Resharing because I think this is the coolest way to show the benefits of PEMF 🌀
This calf had almost no neurological function and was looking at being put down. We did 3 daily sessions, starting a little over 24 hours after being born, and by the third day had them turned out with the other pairs 🤗
