June 18, 2012 - 10 years ago today I graduated from with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (ND) and a Masters in Science of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MSAOM) 👩‍🎓 ✨

Then it was a whirlwind of studying for boards, traveling across China to finish the last credits for my MSAOM in the hospitals in Chengdu and Shanghai, then moving with our 2 dogs all the way to Hawaii to start residency!

It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years, but it’s been a meaningful and productive 10 years. I am so grateful to the many patients who have allowed me along their journey. No question, over these 10 years I have grown in wisdom and I still love this medicine 🙏🏻💚

PLEASE read! The FDA announced on May 18 that the next compounded drug they will be making a determination on as a substance to ban is Glutathione. We have until May 24th to submit any and all testimony in support of this incredible medicine. I use glutathione extensively in my practice, probably 1 out of every 4 of my patients have been prescribed compounded glutathione at some point. If you are reading this and think this doesn’t pertain to you because you have never needed glutathione - please reconsider because banning this in compounded form has vast repercussions for your future healthcare.
