Creamy winter squash soup. Made with vegan cream, wild Suillus weaverae mushrooms (I never remember their common name, lol), venison my husband hunted, onions, jalapeño cranberry seasoning mix from Meadowbrook Cranberry Co. & Gift Shop . The squash came from one of our Rusk County Farmers Market vendors. Onions I had dehydrated from a previous year from Life Root Farm . My own homemade mushroom salt seasoning.

We will have a large variety of vegan (dairy free) and gluten sensitive baked goods tomorrow.
Samples of all unless it's too windy.
We will have beverage samples: tea blends, peanut butter hot cocoa, and herbal coffee alternative.
See you there!

Summer photo drop! Thinking back on this summer and ask the wonderful time in nature.
Oh, the lovely plants and mushrooms (very few due to no rain)!
So much time was spent on foraging and baking efforts that my husband and I only got out on two hikes off our own property this year. Next summer, hopefully we'll get back to our regular camping, etc.
Enjoy!

I am looking for businesses to host me for pop up shops I'm looking for suggestions on where to do pop up shops for my baked goods. They are healthy vegan (which also means dairy-free) and have no gluten containing ingredients.
I also will soon have baking mixes so you can make your own healthy baked goods at home.
I have loose leaf tea blends, herbal coffee alternative, and gourmet/herbal hot cocoa blends.
I have some foraged ingredients in my products as well as some foraged flour you can use to experiment with in your own baking!
I am licensed in a commercial kitchen space in Ladysmith and have been doing the Rusk County Farmers Market . I live at the edge of Price County.
I am happy to travel for pop up shops if there are thriving businesses that would like to host me. It might even be helpful for local bakeries to host me occasionally to offer vegan, dairy-free, and no gluten options for their customers. I would love to partner with bakeries to offer this option to your customers and expand your customer base in this way.
I am also willing to schedule a delivery drop for large orders.
