Today we received our 2nd bad review in 4 years! I truly understand that it's the customer's right to leave a review as to how they felt when getting service in an establishment and I thank her for her honesty but....... Comparing us to a large corporation like Sally's is random because we don't carry the same items 🤷🏾‍♀️ and then to rub salt in the wound by standing by a beauty supply store that 1. Has no respect for your kind & 2. Cannot answer any of your questions about your hair & 3. Does not live in your neighborhood but takes your money and does nothing for your community IS WILD! Being upset about a product being $1-$2 dollars more in a small business is crazy. Shampoo in our store is between $6-$9. Braiding hair is $4.99. We have 18" Human Hair for $80. Go figure!
