🍂 A Little Rest, So We Can Continue Giving Our Best 🍂

In healthcare, we spend so much of our time encouraging others to prioritize their health, find balance, and recognize the importance of rest. Sometimes, we need to take our own advice.

While Columbus Day isn't a holiday we would traditionally close for, we've decided to give our hardworking team a much-needed day to rest, recharge, and spend time with their families.

Our staff pours so much of themselves into caring for our patients, and we believe taking care of the people who care for you is just as important.

North Idaho Integrative Medicine will be closed Monday, October 12th, and will reopen Tuesday, October 13th.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support of our small, locally owned practice.

Thank you for allowing us this little opportunity to reset. We look forward to returning refreshed and ready to give you the thoughtful, personalized care you deserve.

Anyone interested in learning more about Post-Exertional Malaise (PEM)? sometimes called post-exertional symptom exacerbation (PESE)—is one of the most important and distinctive features of Long COVID. It is not simply being tired after exercise.

What PEM actually is

PEM is a delayed worsening of symptoms after physical, cognitive, emotional, or sometimes even social exertion that previously would have been tolerated. We are working on a lecture. Please reach out below if you are interested.
