📣 New Salon Policies – Please Read 📣

We’re excited to continue serving you and want every visit to run as smoothly as possible! To help with that, we’ve updated our salon policies. We kindly ask all clients to take a moment to review them before your next appointment.

Key Policies to Note:
• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged 50%; no-shows/no-calls may be charged 100% of the service. An invoice must be paid before booking again.
• Please arrive on time – appointments 15 minutes late may be rescheduled or cancelled and charged accordingly.
• Prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, density, and service time.
• If you’re not completely happy with your service, contact your stylist within 7 days for adjustments.
• Please disclose all previous color, chemical services, and hair history before your appointment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service.
• Only service animals are permitted in the salon.
• If you are sick or have not been fever-free for 24 hours, please reschedule.
