There is something especially beautiful about this time of year.

🦋 Our little lavender garden is awash in shades of purple, filling the air with its gentle fragrance and inviting bees and butterflies to linger among the blossoms. The summer sun shines a little warmer, and even the simplest moments seem touched by a bit of magic.

🍄 And nestled inside the shop, the forest has shared one of its treasures once again. Golden chanterelle mushrooms are now available for sale in generous 5½–6 ounce baskets. As every forager knows, these gifts from the woods never stay for long. They are available only for as long as the Woodland Fairies allow before being tucked back beneath the leaves until another season.

💜 Whether you’re stopping by for tea, herbs, or simply a quiet moment away from the busy world, we invite you to come and enjoy the beauty and peace of summer with us.

✨ Some treasures are grown with loving hands, and others are borrowed from the forest for a little while.

The winning cocktail from the 2026 Battle of the Bartenders featured our handcrafted Honey Rose Shrub!

Made with gin, elderflower, grapefruit, lemon, and a touch of our Honey Rose Shrub, this beautiful cocktail captured first place among seven competing restaurants in Milton, Georgia.

Seeing a product handcrafted in our little mountain apothecary become part of an award-winning cocktail is both humbling and exciting.

Most of all, congratulations to the winning bartender—my beautiful daughter, Shauna! We are so proud of your creativity, hard work, and well-deserved victory. 🥂🌹🍓
