Loki is pretty excited about the new Lavender Fields soaps

Which have joined our signature Lavender Vanilla soaps, and quite frankly, he seems to think overseeing them is now part of his job description. 💜🐾

And with school back in session, it won’t be long before the kids start bringing home a little more than reading, writing, and arithmetic — think sniffles, sneezes, and coughs. We’ve got freshly bottled Elderberry Syrup and Fire Cider on the shelf and ready for the season ahead.

Need a little quiet after all that back-to-school commotion? Our Sacred Stillness Meditation Oil is made for those moments when you want to slow down, breathe, and settle yourself.

Also pictured is our White Willow Bark Roller Oil, traditionally known as “nature’s aspirin,” and used for soothing achy arthritic joints and occasional headaches.

I truly love being able to go the extra mile for my customers and will do so happily.

If you’re coming through town, finishing up an event, traveling with a group, or simply need something outside of our regular hours, I’m often very happy to rearrange my schedule to accommodate your group. I genuinely enjoy doing that. I want people to feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated when they visit The Lavender Crow.

But there is another side to that kind of flexibility.

When someone places a special order, chooses an OFF-day and time to come by, and I rearrange my personal plans to make sure everything is ready, I’m setting aside a piece of my life specifically for that appointment.

So when that time comes and goes with no visit and no phone call, it’s more than a missed sale.

It’s the family plans that were changed.
It’s the other things that were put aside.
It’s the time held open waiting for someone who said they were coming.
And it’s the time spent making the products that were specifically requested and ordered.

I completely understand that plans change. Events run late. Life happens.

But a simple call to say, “We’re running late,” or even, “We’re not going to make it after all,” means more than you might realize.

Small business owners are usually very willing to bend over backward for their customers.

We just ask for a little consideration in return. ❤️
