Weight changes get a lot of attention when people talk about thyroid health — but they’re only one piece of the picture.
When thyroid hormone levels are too low, some people may notice fatigue, feeling colder than usual, dry skin or hair changes, constipation, muscle or joint aches, or changes in memory and thinking.

That’s why the goal isn’t to diagnose yourself from a symptom list. It’s to recognize patterns worth discussing with your provider and use appropriate testing to get clearer answers. 🌿
