After 10 years...Lavenciah you just have to pause & enjoy this milestone!!!
Lavenciah has been working in the field of developmental disabilities for many years. She has served every client in the North Bay SLS Program and has successful relationships with each of them. This is quite an accomplishment because at one point she was working among 13 clients who were all anxious to work with her.
Lavenciah’s style is nurturing. She makes sure all of her clients’ basic needs are met and then she adds her own personal touches. She has a talent for hairstyling and braiding. The clients who are interested get the full treatment. She makes beautiful meals that are comforting and delicious. She is also a very good teacher and the clients that work with her learn how to cook their favorite dishes successfully on their own.
Lavenciah is a treasured member of the Omelagah, Inc. family!! Congratulations Lee-Dodson and we look forward to her service for many years to come.
