Did you get a little too much sun recently? ☀️

While we always want to help you relax, getting a massage with a sunburn or peeling skin can actually do more harm than good.

Friction and pressure on a compromised skin barrier can:
- Worsen inflammation and increase pain
- Cause further tearing and peeling
- Increase the risk of infection

Your comfort and safety are always our top priorities! If you have a session booked and your skin is still red, tender to the touch, or flaking, it’s best to give your body a few extra days to heal before hitting the massage table.

We want your massage to feel amazing, not painful! If you're unsure, please text us at anytime. We are more than happy to assess the situation and help you reschedule if needed. 🌿✨
