A lifelong native of Hazard, Kentucky, Louise brings 28 years of trusted pharmacy experience from her time at Rx Discount Pharmacy.
Louise is excited to bring her passion for patient care to King Pharmacy, where she looks forward to continuing to serve her longtime patients while building strong relationships with new ones.

Louise and her husband, Curtis, have been happily married for 23 years and are proud to call Hazard home.

Rick Slone has been faithfully serving Perry County patients for decades and we are honored to continue his mission. Starting on September 5th (Saturday), all prescription files from RX Discount will have been securely and automatically transferred to our pharmacy located at 900 Morton Boulevard.

What you need to know:

• No action required: Your active prescriptions and refills will be in our system. We will work with you and your provider to obtain new prescriptions if needed.

• Insurance: We accept most major insurance plans, Medicare, and Medicaid. Your coverage transitions seamlessly.

• Our Team is Ready: Stop by and meet our pharmacists and dedicated staff. We strive to go above and beyond for our patients with professional service. Be sure to ask about our MedPak 2 Go program!
