Ever wonder what I'm doing on an out of office day? For those of you with appointments tomorrow, don't worry, my hat is not a clue. I am not "way out west" 😄
While some days can look like administrative or educational work, I got to spend today immersed in the beautiful landscapes at Dawes Arboretum. October 7th I will be a guest instructor for their fall program series. I am so excited for this opportunity, as the Arboretum holds a special place in my heart! Keep watch for the ticket link for this event, Intuitive Forest Walk. For 2 hours I will guide you through some of my favorite spots on the grounds and lead you in activities to recognize how different environments shift your internal state and awareness.

Taking a moment to honor our fluffy best friend, Carolina. Tuesday she went on her next journey. While our hearts are grieving and our home feels too quiet, we are grateful for the time with her and having a clear sign that it was time. Carolina was my furry best friend, and first pet emotion code participant. You can hear me talk about her experience in the emotion code podcast on my website.

I am forever thankful for her companionship and love. I'm realizing you don't truly know how much space they fill and how important they are to your daily routine until they move on. We love you Carolina, thank you for journeying with us. 💕
