Yoga for when your nervous system needs a reset.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or stuck in go-mode, try these gentle poses:
Child’s pose — creates a sense of safety and allows your body to soften.
Cat–cow — connects movement with breath and releases tension along the spine.
Thread the needle — opens the shoulders and upper back, where we often hold stress.
Seated forward fold — turns your focus inward and helps quiet a busy mind.
Reclined figure four — gently releases tension through the hips and glutes.
Supine twist — encourages your body to relax while creating space through the spine.
Legs up the wall — supports stillness, relaxation, and a shift out of go-mode.
Move slowly, breathe deeply, and give your body permission to rest. Save this practice and return whenever you need a moment to reconnect with yourself.
