We support local and regional growers, farmers, artisans and plant communities. We believe ecological and economic sustainability is best accomplished through bio-regionalist practices. We honor the plants as teachers and uphold strict ethical standards regarding the harvest and use of herbs.

I’m coming up to my two year anniversary of my spontaneous subdural hematoma. In the first picture, looking back-you can see how much pain I was in.
I spent 6 weeks trying to find an answer as to why my head was hurting so much. It progressively got worse over the months and a half. It took three dr visits to finally get a CT scan. By this point, it was acute on top of a chronic bleed, 18 mm thick and shifted my brain 14 mm to the left.
On this eve of my 48th solar return, I’m still so surprised that I survived. I definitely notice a difference in my cognitive function now, but that could also just be my age 🤪

In my Facebook group, we had an amazing conversation about information, technology, and how everything we want to see and the reason we are on social media is totally crowded out by AI posts, bots, ads, and things that we don’t care about being pushed to the forefront.
So the questions was-what do we do?? And came up with sending mail. I want to send postcards, letters, stickers, herb samples, and whatever else I dream of.
Is this something more people are interested? I know I’ve been yearning for more hands on and analog life.
