While clients are moving through their sessions, apprentice teachers are practice teaching, observing, studying, and growing — guided personally by lead teacher Juanita Ostrem through our intimate apprentice model of teacher training.
Clients and apprentices learn side by side, discovering authentic classical Pilates together — on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, High Chair, and Barrels. Every piece of apparatus, explored with intention.

Don’t panic she’s in Helena Thursday’s to teach, learn and observe our lead instructor Juanita Cantu Ostrem. Her time is limited so book early to secure a spot in her duets or private sessions.

We are so excited to announce that Maddie is joining our team! She just completed her classical comprehensive Level 1 training with our friend and collegue Juanita in Helena. Congrats Maddie! 🫶 She is now diving in to Level 2 training/repertoire. She will be offering discounted sessions as a Level 1 certified instructor. Stay tuned for more info.
