**Do you or someone you love have cardiovascular disease, heart disease, or a history of heart-related health concerns?**

For those who may not know, I've been a nurse for **27 years** and am now a Nurse Practitioner serving Hempstead, Texas, and the surrounding communities. My background includes family medicine, emergency medicine, regenerative health, functional medicine, and hormone health.

Throughout my career, I've developed a passion for looking beyond the surface, staying informed on emerging medical research, and exploring ways we can better support our health and quality of life.
