Piercing Appointment Confirmation Policy

At Mystical Marks Studio, we do not require deposits for standard piercing appointments. We want booking to stay simple and accessible.

However, because there is no deposit securing the time, it is extremely important that all clients confirm their appointments.

You will receive a reminder message prior to your scheduled appointment.
You must reply YES to confirm or NO to cancel.
If we do not receive confirmation, your appointment may be canceled.

This policy exists to:
• Protect our artists’ time
• Prevent gaps in the schedule
• Allow waitlisted clients an opportunity to book
• Maintain fairness in an appointment-only studio

Repeated no-shows or failure to confirm may require a deposit to book future appointments.

We deeply respect our clients’ time, and we ask for that same respect in return.

If something comes up, just communicate with us. We understand that life happens.

To celebrate our grand opening, the first 15 basic piercings of the day are just $25. After those 15 are gone, grand opening pricing is $35 for the remainder of the day.
One piercing per person. Basic piercings only. No appointments accepted during this event.
