Hair and energy have always felt connected to me.

At L Energy Salon & Reiki Studio, I work with both — sometimes separately, sometimes together — but the intention behind the space is always the same.

I’m very intentional about the energy I bring into my studio and the energy I create within it. Before I begin, I cleanse the space, place Reiki symbols, prepare my crystals and Reiki-infused jewelry, set my intentions for the day, and take time to ground and regulate myself with aromatherapy and HeartMath.

Part of that intention is simple: I want every person who walks through my door to feel safe, comfortable, welcomed and accepted.

Because the energy of a space matters. And so does the energy of the person holding it.
When I’m grounded and regulated, I’m better able to create that environment for someone else — whether they're sitting in my chair for their hair or joining me for an energy session.
I want my studio to be a place where you can settle in, be yourself, let your guard down a little, and know that the space you're entering has been prepared with intention.
That feeling isn't an accidental part of what I do. It's part of the work. ✨

There is an energy to every act of care.

As a hairstylist, I've spent years helping people feel confident on the outside. As an Integrative Energy Practitioner, I also create space where people can slow down, reconnect, and care for themselves in a different way through Reiki and guided energy work.
That's why I've combined both with the Integrative Renewal Experience—a personalized appointment that combines a deep conditioning hair treatment, blowout and style, with a 30-minute Reiki experience in my salon and Reiki studio.

Every session is individualized, creating space for both relaxation and self-care in a way that feels natural, intentional, and uniquely yours.

Every session is personalized to the individual, drawing from Reiki, trauma-informed principles, HeartMath, and other supportive tools to create an experience that's unique to you.

My goal is to help facilitate the recognition of what's already there—your connection, your balance, and your ability to carry that connection through the life you're already living.

Awareness is expanded perspective.

Awareness is the capacity to perceive beyond the boundaries of the self, where the illusion of separation begins to dissolve.

We begin to see ourselves not as separate from life, but as an inseparable part of it.

Life doesn't become less complex, but connection becomes easier to recognize within it.

Awareness helps us see the bigger picture. Patterns. Meaning. Relationships. The ways things connect to each other.
Presence is different.
Presence brings us back to this moment. The breath we're taking. The chair we're sitting in. The life we're actually living right now.
The simplest way I've found to describe it is this:
Awareness connects us to the macro.
Presence connects us to the micro.
One helps us see the whole picture.
The other helps us find our place within it.
Neither is more important than the other.
Without awareness, we can lose sight of the bigger picture.
Without presence, we can lose ourselves in it.
Balance requires both.
