Our Valentine’s Day R&B Yoga was giving slow jams and strong cores. We flowed, we sang, we held planks like it owed us money. The vibes were silky, the energy was electric, and the room felt like a 90s love song you never skip. 🎶✨

Our Friday Night Trap Yoga class was a beautiful blend of movement, hip openers, and good energy. 🕯️✨

We practiced under candlelight with a curated trap + R&B playlist that helped our students settle into their bodies and unwind from the week. 🧘🏾‍♀️🫶🏽

This week, we were excited to partner with cookies — a Chicago-based, woman-owned dessert business known for their professionalism, efficiency, and incredible treats. They provided fresh desserts for our students after class, adding a special touch to the experience. 🍪💛

We love supporting local businesses and creating a space where wellness, culture, and community come together.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and shared the mat with us. Fridays keep getting better!!!!

Expect 45 minutes of Trap + R&B–infused yoga, a grounding guided meditation, and that signature energy that always sells out. 🤌🏽💦 All inside a stunning Japanese-inspired venue that’ll have you feeling ZEN but still outsideee.
