Celebrating 🌎 World Compliment Day 🌎 this weekend was the perfect time to get some of our Heart and Soul cards in the hands of our team.
I love this part of my job. These cards are so much more than paper. They are motivators, they are self-esteem boosters, they are reaffirmers.
My team earns and appreciates these cards through and through. I’m so thankful for this tool.

Be that better boss. Have their backs in such a way that they trust you, openly come to you and know you will always have their best interest at heart.
They totally, completely and 100% react to your vibe. You set the tone. If you hate your job and/or hate your boss - leave. Get a new job that fuels your passion and your soul. Don't take your misery out on your team.

Last week, we were given permission to be great. And as I reflect on how I can empower my staff on a daily basis to do the same, I added this to our breakroom. 💛
I am giving them permission to , , and with every client, every interaction and every ounce of their being. 💛
