Proper Pilates private and semi-private Pilates training is professionally designed and led to target your unique needs. I use specialized Pilates equipment, including the reformer and trapeze, to maximize your results. Included is customized stretching to maximize results. I work with all levels of clients including those who need injury rehab, athletes, the elderly, those who desire weight loss, new mothers, and virtually anyone else!
