Super fun piece on an awesome client who travels all the way from Palm Springs to see little ol’ me. Truly grateful. We’re just about wrapping up her leg sleeve and it’s been an incredible journey bringing it all together.

This client definitely brought some very specific ideas for this tattoo design — which is awesome. After sharing those, he let me have at it, and this is what I came up with. This piece carries deep personal meaning for this soldier.

Sometimes the tattoos we get might not hold quite the same meaning or intent they did when they were first done.
Removal? Sure, that’s an option. Another one though is a cover up.

My client had this very situation. The initial ideas just wouldn’t work. Exploring his ideas and passions, we decided to work with his love for fishing. 🎣 One bass coming up!
